Favorite Japanese Steak House in Mountain Home. Wish the server was a little more attentive. We never once received a refill even after asking. The chef was great though.

Great experience. Usually end up ordering Sushi rolls - which I did and they were delicious. Main Roll was the Dream(pic posted). Very tasty and service was awesome, everyone is friendly. Rachael took great care of getting me what I wanted. As I always post...don't take my word go and experience it for yourself.

We sat for 25 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Then, she finally waited on us. Calamari was like rubber. Miso soup was like warm. I never even received my full meal. This was first and last visit.

This place has changed hands. It's now Fujiyama. I never went to Ninja because I heard it wasn't good. This place is very good. They just got their liquor license which is nice.

First time here. Clean, bright, spacious, several hibachi rooms. We sat in the main dining room which has plenty of seating room.
Service was quick and friendly. Our only disappointment at this point was they don't have their liquor license yet.
Bob ordered Scallops & Chicken. It came with the typical fried rice with mixed grilled veggies and Miso soup. Bob said the Chicken was slightly over cooked but the scallops were very good. Fried rice was ok and the mixed veggies was mostly onions.
I ordered a California roll and Boston Roll. I thought both were really good. I would like to come back, sit at the Sushi bar and order some of the chefs special Sushi rolls.
We will come back again and maybe do the Hibachi.
